Prevar - *PP_EXCHANGE

This Prevar controls the interaction between Preceda and Payroll Exchange.

Main Position Position Description Default Options/ Value
  1 Payroll Exchange Enabled

Y - Setting this to Y allows the client database to interact with Payroll Exchange.

Additionally, a verification will be performed on the Pay Frequency 1 field if populated or not when the Payrun Register record is saved.
  N - Setting this to N prevents the client database to interact with Payroll Exchange.
  2 Multiple LCCs Enabled  

Y - GCC/ LCC for all Outbound BODs will be referenced via lookup from Payrun Register window.

GCC and LCC fields on the Payrun Register window are treated as Mandatory.

N or Blank - GCC/ LCC for all Outbound BODs will be referenced via lookup in PEINTERF.PE03.
